These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://careertransformationjourney.com (the "Site") and the career coaching and reskilling advisory services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Vince, My Coach | Transition & Reskilling Strategist ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Vince, My Coach. Please read them carefully before booking a session or purchasing any coaching package.

1. Nature of Services

Vince, My Coach provides career coaching, transition strategy, and reskilling advisory services. These Services are designed to support and empower clients in their professional development and career decision-making. All Services are educational and advisory in nature.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or legal, financial, or medical advice. The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If you require mental health support, legal counsel, financial planning, or medical care, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.

Coaching outcomes depend significantly on your own effort, commitment, and individual circumstances. The Coach makes no guarantee of specific employment outcomes, salary increases, job offers, or career milestones as a result of the Services.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system (Calendly) at https://calendly.com/coach-vicente/introductioncall. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session or a rescheduling fee, at the Coach's discretion.
• The Coach reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time at no additional cost.
• No-shows (failure to attend a booked session without prior notice) will be treated as a forfeited session.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for coaching packages and individual sessions are communicated prior to engagement and are subject to change. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of any paid coaching engagement, unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for sessions already delivered.
• If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days and we will work in good faith to address your concerns.

Free introductory calls (30-minute Introduction Calls booked via Calendly) are provided at no charge and are not subject to refund provisions.

4. Confidentiality

The Coach treats all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential. Personal details, career challenges, and sensitive professional information disclosed during sessions will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

You agree to treat any proprietary frameworks, tools, templates, or methodologies shared by the Coach as confidential and for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize these materials without prior written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from the coaching relationship, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Communicate openly and honestly about your goals, challenges, and progress
• Complete agreed-upon action items and assignments between sessions
• Provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Treat the Coach and any community members with respect and professionalism
• Take full responsibility for your own career decisions — the Coach provides guidance, not directives

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, blog articles, downloadable guides, frameworks, templates, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Vince, My Coach and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its free downloadable resources (such as the Career Transition Checklist and LinkedIn Profile Optimization Guide) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site or Services without prior written permission from the Coach.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Coach does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Career coaching is inherently advisory; results depend on many factors outside the Coach's control, including job market conditions, employer decisions, and your individual effort and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vince, My Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, or career outcomes.

In no event shall the Coach's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the total fees paid by you to the Coach in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Testimonials and Results Disclosure

Testimonials and client success stories featured on the Site reflect the individual experiences of specific clients and are not necessarily representative of all clients' results. Career outcomes vary significantly based on individual effort, background, market conditions, and other factors. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (including Calendly, social media platforms, and community platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. The Coach does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a coaching engagement at any time by providing written notice. If the Coach terminates an engagement for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the Client, a pro-rated refund for unused prepaid sessions will be issued.

The Coach reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site or Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Vince, My Coach is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
